Delivery Policy

A casket is not shipped unless death has occurred and it is being sent to a funeral home or Mortuary, or the Funeral Home designated facility where they may hold a casket prior to the services. We are not bound by state law or regulations that govern funeral homes and cementries.

We can guarantee quicker delivery of your casket order within Lagos Nigeria and your order will show up on time and intact. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order placement, Ordercasketonline will work with you to remedy the situation.
Ordercasketonline is not liable and shall not be held responsible for delays due to inclement weather, act of God, act of war, government action, work stoppage.

Casket Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Ordercaskeonline can work with you to make sure you get exactly the casket you are looking for. If you will like to exchange your casket order for a different model you will need to do so before it leaves our warehouse to avoid re-stocking fees and all shipping and handling chargers incurred.
If after you receive your order and you would like to return, exchange or cancel it for any reason. You may do so provided there is no damage. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your option. If this is a cancellation, please send a cancellation letter to info@ordercasketonline.com. You will be charged 10% RETURNING FEE of the original invoice amount. Upon receiving the product back to our warehouse location, ordercasketonline will refund your initial down payment. All returns must arrive to ordercasketonline within 2-3days. Any return beyond 3days will not be accepted.
If you refuse acceptance of product and have the casket sent back to us without sending us a cancellation email, we will charge you a 15% restock fee to ship the product back to you.
You cannot return custom orders such as head panels or custom painted or printed casket as they are one off and made for a specific person. All sales are final on custom orders. We also cannot return, cancel or exchange Clearance items. They are sold as it is. We cannot accept a used casket. By law, if a body is placed in a casket for any amount of time, it is considered used and cannot be returned for any reason.
All refunds due will be processed within 7-10 business days once we receive your product (provided there is no damage).
